What these terms cover
They cover this website and the waiting list. They do not cover the SayVibe application — it has its own terms, published with it in the store.
Using the site
The site is here to be read. You may link to it, quote it and share it. You may not copy its content wholesale for your own product, scrape it automatically, or try to break it.
The waiting list
Leaving your address means you agree to receive one email when the application is released. You can leave the list at any time from the link in that email or by writing to contact@sayvibe.app.
Leave an address that is yours. Adding somebody else’s is not allowed and we remove such entries when we find them.
What we promise, and what we do not
We are building the application described on this site. What is shown as planned is not a promise of a date or a feature: plans change with measurement.
The site is provided as it is. We keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise it is never unavailable.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site.
Which law applies
The law of Georgia, where the company is established. The founding documents are executed in Georgian and English; where they differ, the Georgian text governs.
Changes
The date at the top says when these terms last changed.
