Who we are
SayVibe is built by SayVibe Technologies LLC, a limited liability company established under Georgian law. Our postal address is Georgia, Tbilisi, Chugureti District, Lochini Street 3, floor 2, apartment 5. The director is Mikhail Altynov.

What this site collects
Two things, and nothing else.
The email address you type into the waiting-list form, and only if you submit it. Along with the address we store the moment you sent it, the page you sent it from, and the fact that you agreed to this policy.
A count of visits. For each page opened we store the page, the site that sent you to it, the country your network reports, and the browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language it announces. We do not store your IP address, we do not record the region or the city, and the counter puts nothing on your device. It runs on our own servers, and no other company sees it.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details or anything you have not typed in.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. The visit counter we use is cookieless and stores nothing on your device. The only thing kept in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme, and only if you make one.
Why we keep your address
To write to you once, when the application is released. Nothing else. Every email carries a link that removes you from the list.
How long we keep it
Your address: until you unsubscribe, or until the launch mailing has been sent and you have not become a user — whichever comes first. Ask us to delete it earlier and we will.
Visits: 25 months.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the company. The address is stored on our own servers. When the launch mailing goes out, it passes through the email provider named in this policy before the first email is sent.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to privacy@sayvibe.app and we will answer within the period the law of your country allows us, and no later than a month.
The application
This policy covers the website. The application has its own policy, published with it in the store.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced in the email we send to the waiting list.
