The agent’s registration with the U.S. Copyright Office is completed before user uploads are enabled, and the registration details appear here at that moment.

How to send a notice

Include: what work you own, where it appears in SayVibe, how we can reach you, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and your signature. Point at the material precisely — a link to the scene is enough.

We answer notices within a working day and act on complete ones.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe it should not have been, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must identify the material, state under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and give us a way to reach you. We pass a counter-notice to the person who sent the notice.

Repeat infringers

An account that repeatedly uploads material it does not own loses the ability to upload, and then loses the account. This is not a discretionary policy: it is applied.

What we do with uploads

Every uploaded fragment is fingerprinted. Material that has been taken down stays down: a fragment matching a removed one is refused at upload, not after a second complaint.

What is not here

Scenes generated by SayVibe are ours. Notices about them will be answered, but they are not user uploads and no takedown procedure applies to them.
